BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Founder & Executive Chairman
Dato’ Stanley Ling is the Founder and Executive Chairman of LTL Group based in Kuching, Sarawak with diverse interest and portfolio across Cloud Solutions, Data Centres and Submarine Cable Connectivity, Satellite Technology and Construction Technology.

He is well known as the Co-Founder and substantial shareholder of Sarawak based Telco company, IRIX Sdn. Bhd. (fka PP Telecommunication Sdn. Bhd.) which started out in 2008 and later expanded its digital infrastructures portfolio to support the Digital Economy and Transformation Initiatives by the State Government of Sarawak.

Dato’ Stanley is the mastermind behind the success of Batam-Sarawak Internet Cable System (BaSICS), spanning approximately 700 km, which consists of 6 fibre pairs, with transmission capacity of 80 x 100 Gbps each, totalling 48 Tbps system capacity. Together with the team, Dato’ Stanley has successfully established the 1st Tier 4 Data Centre in Santubong, Sarawak.
Executive Director
Sylvester Wong has over 20 years’ experience in the operation, management and project investment in ICT, shipping, offshore supply vessels, coal barging and mining industry. He holds multiple directorships in companies across China, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, including subsidiaries of two listed companies in SGX and KLSE, i.e., Nam Cheong Limited, Singapore, and Shin Yang Shipping Corporation Berhad. Currently he is the Business Development & Marketing Director of an optical transceiver manufacturer, and the Managing Director of HOT Technology Sdn. Bhd., the ASEAN distributor of HIOPTEL Optical Transceivers. He is now the Executive Director of the group.
